Modern Slavery Statement 54.1

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes the slavery and human trafficking statement for Secure Automotive part of Secure Shareholdings Limited

Secure Shareholdings Limited confirm their compliance with anti-slavery and human trafficking, anti-bribery, and anti-corruption laws, specifically: -

a. complies with all applicable anti-slavery and human trafficking, anti-bribery and anti- corruption laws, statutes, regulations from time to time in force including but not limited to the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the Bribery Act 2010.

b. have and maintain its own policies and procedure to ensure its compliance.

c. does not engage in any activity, practice, or conduct that would constitute an offence under sections 1, 2 or 4 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sections 1, 2 and 6 of the Bribery Act 2010, if such activity, practice, or conduct were carried out in the UK.

d. includes in its contracts with its subcontractors and suppliers’ anti-slavery and human trafficking, anti-bribery and anti-corruption provisions that are at least as onerous as those set out in clauses a, b, and c above.
